Event Management has become rapidly more professional over recent years. This has been fuelled by, among other things, growth in the size and complexity of events conducted in India and abroad, with a realization by organizations that events are powerful communication tools.
The aim of Amity Institute of Event Management is to develop knowledge, understanding and professional management skills relevant to the organization, strategic planning, marketing and conduct of various forms of public and corporate events both within the country and internationally.
The Institute offers 3 months Graduate certificate course in Event Management. This program offers a combination of core subjects dealing with the areas of event creation, event management, venue management, event marketing, law and accounting, together with the subjects that provide a theoretical understanding of the environment in which event managers operate.
The Institute offers six months Diploma programme in Event Management. The event management program offers a combination of core subjects dealing with the areas of event creation, event management, venue management, event marketing, law and accounting, together with the subjects that provide a theoretical understanding of the environment in which event managers operate. Participants in this program also have the opportunity to explore areas of particular interest through elective subjects.
Please fill in the application form for admission to College. The name on the application form must tally with the name on the Date of Birth Certificate. The application form and fee structure are available in the new Prospectus, which will be available at the College. The Pre-Admissions Counseling Cell will be set up to answer questions and give general guidance regarding admissions.
The Institute offers one year Post graduate diploma programme in Event Management. The courses will provide with a broad understanding of event management requirements and an awareness of the variety of management issues across the boundaries of arts, business, the entertainment industry, sports and tourism.
