Admission are made on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) and subsequent counseling conducted by Punjab Technical University,Jalandhar. The students admitted through university counseling are required to report to the Admission Committee and fill the Admission forms and deposit the college fee as prescribed by the Punjab Technical University,Jalandhar. and given in the prospectus.The  institute takes utmost care that the admission procedure is transparent and simple.Students with complete admission form and relevant documents listed in form, report to Admission Committee.Those found suitable for Admission are asked to deposit the fee with the institute/bank representative.

After verification, all documents are submitted in the office for the final approval of the admission by Director/Principal

Admission Procedure to 1st year of B.Tech

85% Seats are ‘General seats’ Remaining 15% of seats are for other states.33% of total seats are ‘Management seats’. which are filled by the institute on the bases of CET / AIEEE rank / PCM aggregate of 10+2 level.

Lateral Entry to B.Tech ( 2nd Year)

Additional 10% of the total seats are available in each branch for diploma holders for direct admission in B.Tech 2nd year . Candidates seeking admission should be a diploma holder passed / appeared.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate will be eligible for admission to B.Tech.courses of the institute as per guidelines provided in Prospectus of CET / Information Brochure of Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and any other subsequent notification issued by PunjabTechnical University, Jalandhar / The Govt of Punjab.
