K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce was established in 1974 by late Shri Parmanand Deepchand Hinduja who was a harmonious blend of philanthropy and mercantile activities. The illustrious man believed in setting aside a portion of the profits from his businesses for charitable activities, especially in the field of education and healthcare, which he considered to be the fundamental right of every human being. He said “My dharma is to work so that I can give.” His concern led him to establish the Smt. P. D. Hinduja Trust in 1944 under the aegis of which was established K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce. The institution functions under the guidance of the Hinduja Foundation which is a part of the Hinduja Group that was established in 1914.

Master of Commerce (M.Com) is a fulltime post graduate course offered by the institute. The duration of this course is two years. The course covers all the related topics of the study field and gives rigorous training to the students.

Admission

Please fill in the application form for admission to College. The name on the application form must tally with the name on the Date of Birth Certificate. The application form and fee structure are available in the new Prospectus, which will be available at the College. The Pre-Admissions Counseling Cell will be set up to answer questions and give general guidance regarding admissions.

Placement

The placement cell has conducted campus interview for JET AIRWAYS and Guest Lecture for TATA AIG during the year 2004 – 2005. The cell proposes to have the following activities during the year. K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce has launched a placement portal for the benefit of employers and students Employers can now approach the college on this portal for hiring students. Students can use this portal for making applications to employers hiring from K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce, communicating with the placement office, participating in on-campus / off-campus recruitment drives of employers.
