The Admission Procedure in ShardaUniversity are as follows:
Direct admission through valid test score in one of the following National Level Test AIEEE/UPSEE/DCE/CAT/MAT/SAT/GMAT/ENAT/EMAT (for ENAT/EMAT details visit (http://epsfi.org/) on merit basis followed by Counseling/PI. If you fall under Direct admission category, then you need not to appear for SURE (Sharda University Record Exam)
OR
If you don’t fall under the above mentioned category, then you have to appear for SURE at University Campus/Attest Test Centers which are approved by Aptech across the country.
WHAT IS SURE ?
SURE :- Sharda University Record Examination
SURE is conducted by ShardaUniversity for all its courses at University campus, Greater Noida and ApprovedAttestTestCenters.
Attest is the assessment solutions business of Aptech. The company manages computer-aided assessments & paper-pencil tests for universities, corporates, educational institutes & public sector organizations.
Students who qualify the minimum eligibility are required to appear for an Aptitude test, of 60 minute which tests the problem solving, analytical skills and the language proficiency of the candidate. The test will have 50 questions comprising 3 sections- Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Analysis and English comprehension.
For Above process, follow the steps below:
STEP 1.Application form can be filled either Apply Online on www.sharda.ac.in or filled through hard copy of application form available at Sharda University Campus.
STEP 2.
Candidate applying online through ShardaUniversity website will be routed for self application.
On successful application, the system will generate a unique ID & Password (Numeric) which will be Student’s unique identification number throughout the admission process.
An email of the candidate as mentioned in the application form will be auto generated and mailed to the students containing the following information.
a. Welcome note
b. Unique ID
c. Password
STEP 3. Payment Details
The application fee of Rs. 600 have to be deposited in any one of the following methods:
Depositing Cash at ShardaUniversity Campus(at Fee Counter).
Depositing Cash at your nearest Axis Bank branch. Please carry a printout of Voucher(Chalan), obtained after filling online application form with you (as in Step 1).
Demand draft drawn in favour of “Sharda University- SURE entrance test” payable at Greater Noida(Note : write your Name, Father Name, Contact Number & Course at the back of the DD) and send the DD at below mentioned Sharda University Campus Address :

Please do not forget to send the DD at Sharda University campus. Only after receiving DD by University , candidate will be eligible for counseling/PI.

STEP 4.(a) For those who appear & qualify National Level Test
(AIEEE/UPSEE/DCE/CAT/MAT/SAT/GMAT/ENAT/EMAT)
After applying and depositing the application fee, candidate will be called for Counseling/PI as per declared merit list on website.
Note:- Last Date to apply is 30th April, 2010.
Step 4 (b) : For those who appear in National Level Test (SURE/ATTEST) After applying and depositing the application fee, candidate is eligible to appear in SURE at Sharda University Campus or at any of the Approved Attest Centers. Successful candidates will be called for Counseling/PI.
Note:- Last Date to apply & appear in SURE/ATTEST Test is 30th April, 2010.
Step 5 :
First merit list will be declared on 5th May, 2010. Selected students will be called for counseling/PI at various centers including Greater Noida campus on 15th May, 2010 to be notified on website.
Step 6 :
At the time of Counseling and Personal Interview student will have to produce original certificates & if cleared can deposit the fees cash/DD at campus (Fee Counter) or through payment gateway like credit card, net banking, through Axis Bank, DD, Cash etc.
Step 7 :
The student is then required to report the University and enroll at the start of the term to be notified.

The vision of ShardaUniversity is not to give lot of information to the students which they may never use in their life, but to help them in pursuing in their strength areas and identify and overcome their weaknesses.
